If you’ve ordered a digital gift card please check your junk folders. Gift vouchers are valid for thirteen months from purchase.

• The voucher is valid for 13 months from date of purchase, after this time any remaining balance will be reduced to zero and forfeited.
• The voucher can be used for full or part payment at any Marugame Udon in the UK.
• Available for eat in, click and collect or delivery orders made via marugame.co.uk
• Not available when ordering via Deliveroo
• The voucher cannot be used to pay tips or gratuities
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
• We may refuse the sale of alcohol or any other item to a gift voucher holder at our discretion
• We reserve the right to amend the terms and condition of this service at any time
